I Am Mickey Mouse

Happy Howl-a-weenie! Hope you get LOTS of treats!!! I hope I get lots of treats, too!

I am at a loss as to why my Mom choose to dress me up as Mickey Mouse. I mean, just because we bought this costume years ago, why must I always be Mickey Mouse for Howlaween, year after year after year after year? Mom doesn't even like mice! We had all those mice that she got rid of in the garage. Is she trying to get rid of me, too?

I wanted to be a Monarch Butterfly. Maybe next year, right Mom? I can be hopeful....

Hi Hana - I think your costume is cute. My Mom crocheted me a "candy corn" outfit - how corny is that !!!

Cappy, I would love to see your candy corn outfit! It sounds very cute. Have you posted your Howl-a-ween photo somewhere?

My Mom almost bought some candy corn yesterday. She was thinking of buying a plain picture frame and decorating it with candy corn on the sides... it was going to be for my Pumpkin Photo. But, she decided it would be too much trouble.

Oh Hana! I can't help but laugh....I think you need to tell your mom that you have outgrown your mouse costume. I think a Monarch Butterfly is much more appropriate and all, considering how much of a social butterfly you are!
I am sooooo glad my mom did not try to dress me up. I don't like to wear clothes. If mom ever wants to dress anyone up, I will tell her to dress Bear up!

Oh Hana,
You make a terrible mouse--they are so icky and squeaky and COMMON! And they have beady eyes; not like your lovely peepers. You should be something beautiful and special like an angel or a fairy princess.

AND your mom needs to make an autumn/ Halloween necklace for you!

p.s. did you see my picture at the art show? I am wearing the "artist's companion" necklace your mom made for me...and I will get to wear for her solo show which finally has a firm date of January 17! Yay!

Mom says she doesn't think any mouse is cute, but you are very cute. She says it's the tails that creap her out the most since you have a white fluffy one, your tail doesn't make her make those weird high pitched noises.

I just love your Mickey Mouse costume! I didn't get to wear any costume this year. Mommy didn't feel like bringing out Buster and Clive's old angel and devil costume. I think we'll buy a new one next year too!

Thanks for letting me know the pricing. Yes, it's a little pricey especially when you convert the money to Malaysian Ringgit, times three that is. The DWB card exchange is just around the corner too so I don't think will buy one now. Will let you know when we'll be interested. This okay with ya?

Not feeling well,

Hana,
My mom wishes Bear was self-cleaning like you! My mom also says that she can't believe you don't like being brushed, because your fur was so beautiful and soft when she met you.

Hana,
Is your mom EVER going to put up a new post so that you can regain your pre-halloween dignity? Mouse, indeed! You need to be elegantly attired in an appropriate Thanksgiving necklace that highlights your natural beauty.
