My New Baby Blankie
My Mom and Dad helped me open up a package that was from Cappy and Oliver. We won an afghan baby blankie from Gypsy's auction. It is handmade by Cappy and Oliver's Mom.
Here you can see the package was "cheerfully wrapped"... those are my Dad's words. He is certainly right!
On the return address label was a photo of Cappy. There was one on the outside of the package and also one on the inside of the package. I think Cappy is famous. Looks like he is on a magazine cover :-)
Did you notice Cappy's poncho above? His Mom made that! She is very talented. She made Casper and Jasper ponchos and blankets.
I sniffed the package up and down because I thought Cappy and Oliver might be hiding inside. I could smell them.
See me with my new blankie! You can't tell in the photo, but there are all sorts of different stitches in the blankie and the edges are scalloped and there is a white ribbon with bow to top it off! It's color is Eskie White!
My Dad says I'm a statue when I'm photographed:
The blanket opening was a family event! :-) We all were anxious to see what was inside of the package!

The blanket is beautiful--and you look like royalty on it. Cappy's mom makes lovely things, doesn't she? Our blanket from the auction is pink and blue and green and yellow with a pink ribbon around the edge. It is so soft and smells sweet! I hope Gypsy's auction raised LOTS of money!

Cappy and Oliver's Mommie is super talented. I love the blankies and ponchos they sent me. And even if there's lots of fur on it you can't tell.
That is a gorgeous blankie! And you look gorgeous sitting on it too. I don't think you are really a statue, I think you just know when you are supposed to pose and look good. Like a true model and like someone really famous!
