A Slow Sniffy Walk

Greetings Dog and Hamsterrier Friends! Ahhhh.... don't you all just love slow sniffy walks? The only kind of walk that is even better is when it is a LONG slow sniffy walk!

The last two pictures are when my Dad went into the library. I kept my focus on where I last saw him disappear. Do you dogs sometimes do that?

Hey Hana,
The weather looks awesome! You look really fluffy and white against the grass. :)Why didn't you get to go the library? You can read too right?

Hi, Hana
Long and sniffy walks are the best! I don't understand when my mom hurries me! She doesn't know how to enjoy a good walkie!
Looks like you had a beautiful sunny day!
Have a good night

ahhh... slow and sniffy ... that's the best kind of walk.

I like to watch for my Mom when my Dad takes her to the store. She gets out of the car and I watch her until she disappears. Then I watcha dn watch until she comes back.

I like loooong walks, preferably at night where all the kitties are out & roaming around, hehe! I always watch when any of my hoomans disappear into a building.

I like long sniffy walks too but it doesn't happen here! Mitch is in too much of a hurry and we do lots of speedy walks! Maybe one day he'll learn to slow down and smell the flowers!

Love ya lots,
Maggie

Hi Hana's Mom :)

I saw your comment on my regular blog asking about Lily. I started her adoption in 2005 when she was 3 years old. She is an orphan in Northern China with Congenitive Heart Disease. I was scheduled to leave for China the first week of June 2006 to pick her up. In mid-May the horrible adoption agency I was using ended the process. I tried everyway possible legally to complete the adoption but there wasn't anything I could do the way the system is set up. Being four at the time she knew "me" through pictures and the nannies during the process.

Anyway, that post was because I found out that she's not going to be available again for anyone to adopt and will time out in the orphanage there. The nannies have been kind enough to keep in contact with me so I can send her packages and keep tabs on her. I'm hoping that she will be able to come here when she does time out in the orphange system. It's a sad, sad situation for her and a very hard few years for me.

Ok, I rambled, sorry. Thanks for stopping by my other blog - I started it not too long ago. Hope you're having a good holiday season...
