Ducks, Eskies, Mattresses, Dolly and More
My life is still a bit boring, but I have a couple of things to blog about today.
For instance, why is my ducky taking a swim in my water bowl? Duckies must have wings because I thought I was playing with him when he suddenly decided to fly into the water bowl. Do you think he is trying to take a bath?
Do you remember this picture? It's an eye twister. I asked you all how many eskies do you see. Many dogs guessed 2, one said there was one mutant teenage eskie, one said they saw 7 legs and 1 tail, and one pair said 3. The correct answer is THREE! BLU and Comet guessed THREE! Blue is on the left with his back to you, Nemesis is on the right with her back end across Cronus' back and Blue's tail in her mouth, and Cronus is in the middle with Blue's tail and Nemesis' head in his mouth. Hee hee!!! Who woulda known!?
Now, what is going on here in these next photos?
The photos above are of a new bed for ME!! Oh, it was so comfy, so cushy, perfect for my little body. I LOVED IT!!! But my parents ended up returning it. No fair! It was a Costco memory foam mattress topper and they said it was way too soft without any support! PLUS it never poofed up all the way like it was supposed to! They said it was horrible! How could we have such differences in opinion? I look pretty comfy, don't I? Well, it was very sad that my new bed went back on a car ride to Costco. Bye bye mattress, good bye.
The last 2 photos are of my Raggedy Ann dolly. My Mommy sewed her when she was 11 years old. She is the oldest stuffie in this house!! I'm not gonna say how old Raggedy Ann is else I will get into trouble because it will give my Mom's age away. Mom would be very upset with me, as today is her Barkday and she's not too happy since it is some kind of significant age. Anyhoo, Miss Raggedy Ann is still holding up well, however she has stains on her from over the (many) years.
Sorry my post is not too exciting, but I am not having an exciting week.

Oh dog - my Mom is mad that she didn't know it was your Mom's barkday. These female humans are so weird - my Dad doesn't care whose barkday it is.
We have one of those foam beds in our camper - I love it. When I'm allowed on it. M&D wanted a softer bed so it works for them.
Do you get to play with Raggedy much? She is very pretty and looks so cuddly. My Mom says your Mom did a great job for an 11 year old. I think it needs a good shake myself.

Happy Barkday to your Mom!!!!!!!!!! :) I'd have ripped that raggy ann into bits! hehe... It's a shame about that mattress of yours. It's quite obvious hoomans don't quite know how to enjoy themselves as we do.
PS : I know you have been saying how boring life is..but just a little hint, perhaps you should keep a lookout for the mailman? *wink*

oh! i totally missed your mom's barkday. i am so sorry! i hope she got good cake that wuz not made of dogfood (unless it wuz reelly good dogfood!) and tell her that my randy says her age does not sound bad if you count it in hexadecimal. i haf no idea wut that means. do you?
