California Eskie Fun and Microchip

This weekend I had LOTS and LOTS of California Eskie Fun!! Yesterday I got to see 4 of my dog pals, including Casper the Superdog! I am glad Casper felt good enough to come out to play. I also got to meet Ronak's Mom! And today, I got to see like 15 of my doggie relatives at my breeder's annual doggie reunion! Whoo hoo! So much fun... but at the end of today, I was ready to come home. I kept telling Mom I wanted to come home and be the "only dog" again by pulling towards the screen door at my breeder's home. Finally my Mom said "ok, we're going home", but she lied to me and instead we went to the vet's!! I still had my party necklace on, even though I was going to get a SHOT! That was no party! Yep, I got a microchip today.... a Home Again microchip which Brucey's Mom says is the better one because it doesn't migrate and is read by ALL scanners.

So, that was my busy weekend. How was yours?

Here are pictures of the Eskie meet yesterday. We had peepol come in from as far as New Jersey!! One person flew in from Whitter (near Los Angeles) and another from San Diego. The other 4 people were local. I will post pictures of my family reunion another time (not to mention my mom is currently recharging the batteries so that she CAN download my reunion pictures). And, fortunately my mom's battery camera had run out, otherwise she would have taken a picture of the gigantic needle the vet stuck me with for the microchip and it would have scared you all. Actually, it was painless. For real.
