My Long Lost Sister, Raven

Do you remember how I met Eskies Stryker and Gypsy from Alaska? They were the ones who attended the start of the Iditarod 2007 race in Willow, Alaska. Well, it turns they have a new sister. She is my long lost sister, Cherokee Silveroaks Raven!! This is so cool, isn't it? Such a small dog world, a co-inky-dink. Raven is my litter-mate, born on the same date as me, has the same parents as me, born in the same city as me. She likes to eat, too, just like ME! I think we have the same body build, but I am more fluffier than she is. I wonder if she weighs the same as me.

Here is her picture, my picture, and Tango's picture. We are all litter-mates. Tango is Ender's daddy. Do you see a resemblance?

Raven (Gypsy is peeking in on the left):

Tango:

I personally think Tango looks nothing like me, at least for his face. But, he and Ender sure look alike.

Hey, by the way, did you notice the smudge on my face? Hee hee!! I wuz up to something, but my parents can't figure it out!! Hee hee, it's a secret... such a big secret important secret that I have forgotten what it was all about because that is the best way to keep a secret!

Smudge on your face .... and your LEG IS MISSING! Did you notice that????? I think you are way prettier than either of your litter mates, even if you do only have three legs. Ha ha. Just kidding about the leg.

Every Northern dogs prayer: Don't make me race in the Iditarod its cruel to dogs. For the facts, visit the Sled Dog Action Coalition website, http://www.helpsleddogs.org

We thought it was a beauty mark. It must be a small Eskie world. There are so many dachsies, we don't know where any of our litter mates are.

I can't believe your parents didn't notice your leg was missing but they noticed the smudge. Parents are so silly sometimes. I see that anonymous remark about the sled dogs - I don't think we Eskies have to worry about running the Iditarod.

I think your sister has a lot of cream in her coat - you don't seem to. How cool that you found her! Will you go visit her now?

That's pretty neat that you got to meet your sister. I don't know my background, so I just have to let BLU be my "sister".
