Help Wanted

Does anyone know the collar size of a chihuahua? My mom's friend is like a second mom to a chihuahua she knows that she gets to see at the fancy dog shows, and she wants my mom to make a necklace for the chihuahua so she can give it to her as a gift. But, we don't know the neck size of a chihuahua. My mom says she heard chihuahuas come in different sizes and that they are not all teeny tiny and that their neck size is like 10-12 inches. 10-12 inches seems awfully BIG because in comparison, some dachsies have 12 inch necks and I thought dachsies are bigger than chihuahuas. So, does anyone know the size of a chihuahua's neck?

This leads me to my next topic. My Mom, the crazy lady that she is, created a web site of the ribbon necklaces she has been hand-making. There are some pictures of famous DWB models strutting on the catwalk, like Hershey, Copper, Isabella, Luckie, and Casper. The boys sure look handsome and the girls look beautiful.
